I build marketing engines that turn category potential into market leadership

Teaching the World to Believe in EVs

I directed the LA Auto Show debut of the Model 3. On the surface it was a car launch. In reality, it was proving electric vehicles belonged on the main stage, not in the science fair corner.

Subscriptions for Exoskeletons

Hospitals balked at six-figure exoskeletons. I flipped the model into a subscription. What once felt impossible quickly became obvious, and patients were moving again.

Turning Ultrasound Into Adoption

A new kind of ultrasound: handheld, subscription-based, and small enough to slip into your pocket. The pitch wasn’t specs, it was the story; and it flipped skepticism into inevitability.

Making AI Credible in the ICU

Hospitals resist new tech near patients. I built trust workflow by workflow until AI stopped looking experimental and started running as core infrastructure clinicians rely on without a second thought.

> ABOUT

Every new technology starts out unbelievable.
My goal is to make it feel inevitable.

And the higher the emotional load, the harder it becomes for people to make sense of what to do next.

That’s where I work best. My career has been about building the bridge between what a product is and what the world believes it can be. Subscription models that made exoskeletons easier to adopt. Ultrasound devices doctors could slip into their pocket. AI platforms hospitals could actually trust at the bedside.

The pattern repeats: take something overwhelming, reduce it to what’s essential, and build the system that makes the next step clear.

> PERSPECTIVE

From Skepticism to Inevitability

My friend swore she’d never own a cell phone. A few months later, she was calling friends from the school pickup line every day on her new Nokia.

Every wave of technology starts with doubt and ends in dependence. Shifts like these don’t happen because information gets better, they happen because the path through the decision becomes clearer.

That story gap is where I work. I’m drawn to technologies still earning their place in the world; the ones that need a narrative big enough for people to see themselves in it.

Right now, AI is trapped between two extremes: the guru promising effortless riches and the doomsayer forecasting societal collapse. My work is about building the third story — the credible one — where AI earns trust through real use, measurable outcomes, and visible impact.

Because AI isn’t coming: it’s already here, already working, and already shaping the future.

> PHILOSOPHY

Strong brands are worlds.

They don’t trade in transactions. They turn products into places: complete worlds with their own rules, rituals, and inside jokes. Once you’re inside, you’re no longer a customer; you’re a character in the story.

Clarity is engineered.

Traction never arrives by accident. It’s built through proof people believe in, stories that stick, and systems that scale until momentum feels like gravity. The strongest companies don’t wait for traction, they manufacture it.

Proof beats hype.

Hype fades and fear paralyzes. What lasts is tangibility: outcomes people can see, use, and measure. The companies that last aren’t the loudest. They’re the ones that make proof impossible to ignore.

Build inevitability.

The tipping point isn’t when people want what you offer. It’s when they believe it always should have existed. The shift from “interesting idea” to “how did we ever live without this?” is inevitability.

Let’s Build What’s Next.

I work with founders, boards, and executive teams who are shaping the future of technology and need a brand and go-to-market engine that makes adoption inevitable. If you’re building in a category where trust, emotion, or legal complexity create hesitation, let’s talk.
